How it is designed and how you can use it

Like you, we are passionate about sharing knowledge and collaborating in the development of people.

We have more than 30 years of experience designing and delivering training for dozens of companies in Europe, the United States and Latin America.

We now help many others to develop their employees on their own, in a sustainable way and with a high level of quality, without having to rely on external consultants.

We have designed all our trainings personally and by hand, and we have given them ourselves at least 10 times before offering them to you.

Therefore, what you can buy is the improved version that has already passed through the filter of real participants and, thanks to their feedback, we know that the script and the exercises work perfectly.

In our scripts you will find everything you have to do to deliver the training as well or better than any consultant: What you have to say and ask, word by word, at every moment, the examples to share with your participants, what exactly to say to do the exercises and how to apply it in their daily life, how to answer their questions...

We only offer for sale material that has received at least an 8.5 / 10 rating.

In addition, for each of our trainings we include a 2-hour Train The Trainer session (Online and at no extra cost), with the expert who has designed and delivered it, to solve all your doubts and so that you know how to give it the same or better than any consultant would do it. Because, like you, we care a lot that what we do is of high quality... because it affects people (check the dates in the “Train The Trainer” section).

How can you use our material?

Once you purchase it, you will receive an email with the link to download it.
With the file you will receive:
- The detailed training script.
- The supporting PowerPoint.
- Exercise cards.
- The memocards with the summary of the content for the participants.
- The Onepager so that the Mgr. of the participants can follow up on them.
The PowerPoint is editable: you can customize it with your logo and change whatever you need to adjust it to your company's style.
The exercise sheets are editable (Word): You will be able to make the adjustments you need to fit your company's style.
The script is NOT editable. You will receive it as a PDF.
Memocards are NOT editable. You will receive them in PDF (without any logo).
Once you have it, you can print the material and give the training as many times as you want.
The intellectual property of all materials is owned by Summit Training Solutions. Purchasing it gives you the right to use it as many times as you want, but it cannot be resold or shared with others.
To preserve our rights, all material is digitally protected, and each downloaded copy is given a unique number, which is associated with the name of the person who purchased it.
In case of loss or damage, the purchased material can be re-downloaded from the customer account created on our website (where, in addition, you will receive notices every time there is an update or improvement of the material you have purchased (new exercises, data...).

What is the difference between the face-to-face and online version?

In both cases the content is the same. There are changes in some exercises and methodologies, as well as in the way of interacting with the participants and the duration of the sessions. In the OnLine version they are adapted to be done in this format.
