General conditions of purchase

The present general conditions of purchase (hereinafter “General Conditions”), will regulate the commercial relationship that arises between Summit Training Solutions S.L. and the registered user or client (hereinafter “User”) for the purchase made through the forms that Summit Training Solutions S.L. makes available on the website www.summitttarinings.com (hereinafter “Web”).

The purchase through the web implies the express acceptance of the General Conditions by the user, as well as the acceptance of the conditions of use established for the navigation through the pages owned by Summit Training Solutions S.L.. These conditions are applicable without prejudice of the application of the legal norms on the matter that are applicable for each case. The present General Conditions are subject to what is established in the Law 7/1998, of April 13, on General Conditions of Contracting, in the Law 26/1984, of July 19, general for the Defense of Consumers and Users, in the Royal Decree 1906/1999, of December 17, 1999, which regulates Telephone or Electronic Contracting with general conditions, Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, 1999, on the protection of personal data, Law 7/1996, of January 15, 1996, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

Summit Training Solutions S.L. reserves the right to make the modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, of the General Conditions. These modifications can be made through its web site or by any form admissible by law and will be of obligatory fulfillment from the moment they are published on the web. Nevertheless, Summit Training Solutions S.L. reserves the right, in certain cases, to apply particular contracting conditions in preference to the present General Conditions if it deems it appropriate, announcing them in a timely manner.

Pre-contracting Information

Summit Training Solutions S.L. informs that the user can have access to the conditions of use by clicking on the section “General Conditions of use”. For the purchase through the Summit Training Solutions S.L. website, the user declares to know, understand and accept these General Conditions. In the same way, the user declares to be of legal age and to have the legal capacity to act, necessary to have access and capacity to purchase on the web www.summittrainings.com.

The user is responsible for treating confidentially and responsibly the identity and password obtained in the registration as a customer, not being able to transfer them to third parties. Once the purchase has been made, the user will see the order confirmation on the screen, and may print it as proof of purchase. However, the order confirmation and the proof of purchase (printout made by the user) will not be valid as an invoice.

Terms of delivery, use and returns

Once the purchase is formalized, the user will receive an email with a link to download the purchased products. The Summit Training Solutions S.L. material is protected with DRM (Digital Property Rights) software, and in order to view, use and print the material it may be necessary to download specific software that allows it.

By purchasing any of the Summit Training Solutions S.L. products, the user accepts that he/she can use them in his/her own company but, in no case, he/she can resell them, publish them on the Internet or share them with other people not authorized by Summit Training Solutions S.L.

By purchasing Summit Training Solutions S.L. products, the user accepts that Summit may digitally track the use of the material purchased by the user and, in case of non-compliance with the terms of use, restrict or cancel access to it.

In the case of enrollment in training programs:

Summit Training Solutions S.L. reserves the right to modify the dates, times and location of the training, according to its needs, and to publish such changes on its web page. In this case, Summit will inform all the Users that have formalized their registration, by means of an e-mail.

The user may cancel his/her registration free of charge up to 20 days prior to the first scheduled event, and Summit will refund 100% of the paid registration fee. If you cancel your participation between 19 and 7 days prior to the first scheduled event, Summit will refund 50% of your registration fee. In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the first day of the event, there will be no refund of the registration fee.

Operation of the Purchase

Product offering and price reference

In compliance with current regulations and, especially with Law 34/2002 of services of the information society and electronic commerce, Summit Training Solutions S.L. offers information on all products for sale, their characteristics and prices in its Online Store. However, Summit Training Solutions S.L. reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the products offered to its customers through the web, by simply changing the content of the same. In this way, the products offered on the web www.summittrainings.com will be governed by the General Conditions in force in each case. Likewise, the company will have the right to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the aforementioned products.

Indication of prices

Each product offered will have indicated its price and if it has incorporated VAT or any other tax that, if applicable, is applicable. The prices shown on the screen are those in force at any given time.

Return policy

Summit Training Solutions S.L. complies with the current regulations. In the event that any of the products purchased by the customer is defective, the customer may notify Summit by phone or email, and Summit Training Solutions S.L. will provide a copy of the affected file, to replace it. In case of error in the delivery (having delivered a product that does not correspond), once the error has been verified, Summit Training Solutions S.L. will send a copy of the correct product to the customer, by e-mail.

As this is digital material, once downloaded by the buyer, Summit Training Solutions will not refund the amount paid.

Terms of payment

The user will be able to formalize his purchase by credit card, Paypal or by bank transfer. The buyer must provide the card holder, card number, expiration date, and validation code. These data are managed directly by your bank, which will be responsible for securely collecting your purchase.

Summit Training Solutions S.L. does not accept cash on delivery as a method of payment.
