Train The Trainer 360º certification program

The objective of this program is to help in-house trainers to increase their ability to design, deliver and measure the training they give to their colleagues to a level equal to that of a professional consultant.

The program consists of 3.5 working days, with one week in between each day.

Training content

  • The different learning styles of adults:
    • What are the different ways people process information, and what does each one need to facilitate learning?
  • Training design
    • What to do BEFORE the training to increase the level of motivation and interest of participants
    • How to make participants feel confident and willing to participate and learn
    • The 5 phases of a training: What to do, how to do it and in what order so that the participants see the importance of the subject we are going to deal with, realize what they can improve, understand what we are telling them, assimilate it and put it into practice.
    • Methodologies to facilitate learning: The 9 methodologies we can use. In which case each one is better, how to combine them to facilitate the learning of each style, and how to use them.
  • How to deliver training
    • Transmit the knowledge, to facilitate the participants' learning of it
    • Encourage the participation of everyone
      Managing questions and objections
    • Execute the exercises and role plays, so that they promote participants' learning.
    • Manage the different personalities
      • Those who do not remain silent, those who do not speak...
    • Strategies to facilitate the implementation and recall of what has been worked on during training.

  • How to measure the impact of training
    • Designing tools to measure the ROI of each one
