This training is aimed at all people who want to improve the way in which they face and live the complicated or stressful situations of their daily lives, and to do so in a more positive way.

We explain the effect of stress on the organism.

We help people to reflect on the strategies they have used in the past to solve complicated situations, and how they can use them to solve the ones they are living today.

We talk about the importance of the small routines we do every day, and their impact on us. And we share 5 routines that can help us improve our mood and live things in a more positive way.
