This training is aimed at those people who want to improve the way they manage potentially conflictive situations they have with colleagues at work (or outside it), and be able to avoid them, manage them and get out of them in a constructive way for both parties.
We explain and reflect on the reasons why we sometimes generate conflict with other people.
We identify which assumptions we make that make it easier for us to get into conflict with someone.
We practice what to do and how to avoid generating a conflict situation, or to get out of it in a constructive way, if we are already immersed in one.
We help people to be aware of their own communication style, and how it can affect the people they work with, and make it easier, or not, to generate conflict situations (or to get out of them).
Print the exercise sheets (1 copy of each for each person).
Print the cards memocards (1 copy of each for each person) (Recommended in DIN A5 format, and on cardboard).
Flip-chart and markers
Two weeks prior to the training, each participant must be sent the questionnaire “.“feedback communication style”, and ask them to send it to 5 people so that they can give them feedback.
