This training is aimed at people who want to improve their communication skills, to increase their ability to persuade and make others value them more positively, to increase the chances of getting their yes, to get them to accept their ideas or to implement what they ask of them.
We explain the importance of the first impression that someone gets from what we say, because it conditions the image of what we explain (whether it is reasonable or not, if it makes sense...), and then, by default, we tend to look for those things that confirm our initial perception.
We explain what “cognitive ease” is, and how to take care of the details that will make it easier for them to judge in a more positive way what we tell them, ask for or try to sell.
The key: Communicate in such a way that it is easy for the other person to understand and remember what we have said.
Print the cards memocard (1 copy of each for each person) (Recommended in DIN A5 format, and on cardboard).
Print 1 copy of each exercise sheet for each participant.
A “Jenga” game is needed for every 3-4 participants.
Before the session we have to prepare the sheets of the “word exercise”. We have to prepare a sheet for each participant, on which we have to write his/her name in position 8.
