This training is aimed at people who want to improve their ability to communicate, to increase their ability to persuade and reduce the negative reaction of those we ask to do or change something, and make them more willing to do it.

Summary of contents

We explain what the psychological mechanism of “consistency” is, why and how it is produced, and how to use it to our advantage when communicating, and thus make it easier for others to be better predisposed to do what we ask them to do.

We work on how to use it in different day-to-day situations (always in an ethical way).
