We explain and train participants on how to identify the natural style of their interlocutors.
We explain and train how to adapt our communication style according to the person we are dealing with, so that he/she understands us better, remembers more easily what we say and values it more positively.
We explain and practice how to use the basics of Neuro Linguistic Programming to make our messages clearer and make it easier for others to do what we ask them to do, and understand their sense of urgency.
