This training is intended for salespeople who manage large accounts, or where they have the potential to have a strategic business relationship with the customer. Ideally, it should be done after the “Strategic Selling 1" training: Pain & Gain”, but it can be done separately and without having done it before.
We work on how to co-create the solution with the client, and thus increase their involvement and make them see it with better eyes (so that they feel that, in part, it is theirs).
We practice a structure to present the solution / proposal, so that the customer feels that we have taken into account all relevant information, and that it is 100% adapted to their reality and needs. And that, in addition, it serves to differentiate us from the competition.
We train participants on how to know what to do when they have to present their proposal to more than one interlocutor: how to manage their feedback and create the most favorable state of opinion possible.
We work and train on what to do to reduce the risks of the strategic project getting bogged down in the internal decision process.
We practice how to make an excellent follow-up meeting, to reinforce our alliance with the client, get him to value our company and open the possibility of new business with him.
