This training is aimed, above all, at salespeople who have to open up new customers, or who have to deal with customers they do not yet know very well, and where they need to position themselves as experts in their field, to gain credibility, differentiate themselves from competing salespeople and make it easier for customers to be open to listening to their proposals.
We work and make them reflect on the importance of asking good questions, listening carefully to the information the client gives us and knowing how to use it to go deeper into those aspects that interest us the most (where we can provide a solution).
We work on how to have “the doctor's attitude”, to show interest, to be seen as experts and to get the information we need.
