How to be an exemplary mentor, and help others develop their full potential and achieve their goals.

Target audience

This training is aimed at those people who are thinking of mentoring someone else, or who are already mentoring someone else and want to improve the way they do it, thanks to being able to follow a well-structured process and methodology.

Summary of contents

We review the difference between the mentor and the coach.

We analyze the different phases and the structure that a good process should have. mentoring, and what to do in each one of them.

We explain the different facets in which a mentor must help his or her mentee, and how to do it in each one of them.

We work in the design of an excellent plan of mentoring. Each participant will come away with a clear structure of what to do, when and how to start their plan with their mentee.

We analyze and provide answers to the factors that can cause a mentoring fail.
