For example, getting the people they need help from when working on a cross-cutting project to give it to them (without being their boss). Or get their colleagues to be more willing to collaborate with them.
We explain how we generate the labels we give to other people, and how they condition the way we treat them. And how we can influence others to give us the label we are interested in.
We explain 5 strategies to positively influence the people around us: what they are, how and why they work. And we practice what to do to use them to our advantage and make things happen.
We work on how to get the people relevant to our success to help us more, better and more proactively.
Print the exercise sheets (1 copy of each for each person).Print the cards memocards (1 copy of each for each person) (Recommended in DIN A5 format, and on cardboard).
Flip-chart and markersIt is necessary to have 5 caps, on which a name must be printed, or to be able to hook a post-it with him in each one.
