This training is aimed at people who want to improve their ability to communicate, to increase their ability to persuade and make others more willing to do what they are asked to do.
We explain the psychological mechanism of “Social Approval”, and how it affects people's decisions and behaviors.
We practice how to use it in different day-to-day situations, to make it easier for others to be more willing to do what we ask them to do (reducing their level of uncertainty about whether or not to do something, and increasing their sense of security, or need, to do it).
We reinforce the importance of using it in an ethical, non-manipulative manner.
Print the cards memocard (1 copy of each for each person) (Recommended in DIN A5 format, and on cardboard).
