We explain the concept of the filter, and the impact that biases have on our behavior. And how that behavior affects the way others see us and how they behave towards us. And how to change it, to make others more and more willing to cooperate.
Print the exercise sheets (1 copy of each for each person).Print the cards memocard (1 copy for each person) (Recommended in DIN A5 format, and on cardboard).
It is necessary to have 5 caps with the following labels: Boss, complainer, novice, expert and joker (they can be printed, or a post-it can be attached to each one, with the name).
