This training is aimed at people who want to improve their ability to communicate, to increase their ability to persuade and get others to value them more positively, and thus increase the chances of getting their yes, to accept their ideas or to implement what they ask of them. And to do so in an ethical manner.
We explain the factors that predispose us to judge someone positively or negatively and what they say to us.
We explain the 3 factors that make it easier for someone to do what we want them to do, and the 6 principles of behavioral psychology that we can use, and how, to persuade others to value us more positively, fulfill their commitments and make the changes we ask them to make.
We analyze and practice which communication details can make it easier for someone to do what we want them to do, or to do the opposite.
Print the exercise sheets (1 copy of each for each person).
Print the cards memocards (1 copy of each for each person).

We must have a “Jenga” game for every 3-4 participants.
Before the session we have to prepare the “word exercise” sheets.
