This training is aimed at team managers (at any level), as it aims to help them learn how to adapt their leadership style according to the situation of each of their collaborators. Thanks to it, managers will be able to analyze the situation of each person in their team, for each of the tasks they are in charge of, and define the style to be adopted in each case, in order to help them achieve their objectives and develop.
We explain the situational leadership model, and how we can divide the tasks a person has to do into 4 different zones (situations).
We explain which is the best leadership style to adopt depending on which zone the task is in for each worker.
We help to design an action plan to adapt the leadership style according to the reality of each of the employees of the managers participating in the training.
Print the exercise sheets (1 copy of each for each person).
Print the cards memocards (1 copy of each for each person) (Recommended in DIN A5 format, and on cardboard).
