We train participants to be able to execute an excellent Pain & Gain: The key to get all the relevant information from the client, to make them see us as experts in the issue they are concerned about, and to make them feel that the problem, or profit margin, they have is very big, and that motivates them to do something about it.
We explain how to define the matrix of decision makers. The people who are going to say yes or no to the project, and how to identify the relevant information we need from each one.
We provide you with a model to objectively estimate the probability of success of your strategic project proposals.
