This training is aimed at managers who manage teams of 2 or more people, regardless of their level of seniority.
We explain the situational leadership model, and how we can divide the tasks a person has to do into 4 different zones (situations).
We explain the best leadership style to adopt depending on the task area for each employee, in order to strengthen what he/she already does well and improve what is difficult.
We help to design a personalized action plan to adapt the leadership style to the reality of each of the employees of the managers participating in the training.
We explain and practice how to conduct an excellent follow-up meeting (structure, execution and preparation) to enable the individual to reach his or her goals and develop his or her potential.
Print the exercise sheets (1 copy of each for each person).
Print the cards memocards (1 copy of each for each person) (Recommended in DIN A5 format, and on cardboard).
