This training is aimed at all people who want to increase their ability to influence others. In this case, how to get them to value our ideas in a more positive way, and thus increase the probability that they will say yes to us. Ideally, it should be done after the “Influencing Skills 1” training, although it can be done perfectly well separately and without having done it before.
We explain 4 strategies to positively influence the people around us: scarcity, consistency, contrast and framing.
We explain how and why they work, and practice how to use them to our advantage to increase the likelihood that someone will say yes to our requests.
Print the exercise sheets (1 copy of each for each person).
Print the cards memocards (1 copy of each for each person) (Recommended in DIN A5 format, and on cardboard).
Flip-chart and markers
Two weeks prior to the training, the previous e-mails have to be sent to the participants.
