This training is aimed at all people who want to take full advantage of the feedback This shows that they are open to receiving it, that they accept it very well, and makes it easier for them to receive more in the future, thus helping them to continue to improve. It is fundamental for all those who manage teams, because in this way they will be able to demonstrate their exemplarity when it comes to accepting the feedback improvement programs that they receive.

We reflect on the negative impact of the 3 most common ways of reacting to the feedback of improvement: Justifying, counterattacking and ignoring.

We teach you the 5-step model for managing the feedback We train them to know how to react in an exemplary manner to any feedback they may receive.

  • IconPrint the cards memocard (1 copy of each for each person) (Recommended in DIN A5 format, and on cardboard).
  • IconOne medium plastic or paper bag (or one DIN A5 size envelope) is needed for each 3 participants.
  • IconIt is necessary to print the “feedback sheet exercises in trios”, and cut out and fold each one of the feedbacks, to put them inside the bag or envelope (1 sheet in each bag).
