We explain the CREATE model, to be able to give feedback for improvement in a constructive way, and to help the person to whom we give it to receive it as something of value.
We practice how to give it in different day-to-day situations in a company.
Print the cards memocard (1 copy of each for each person) (Recommended in DIN A5 format, and on cardboard).
