Target audience

This training is aimed at all people who want to increase their ability to influence others, to make it easier for the people they need help from when working on a cross-cutting project to give it to them. Or get their colleagues to be more willing to collaborate with them.

Summary of contents

We explain the mechanism of “The Halo Effect”, and how it affects the way we judge the people we interact with. And we make them reflect on how they can take advantage of it to make it work in their favor, so that others judge them in a more positive way and are more willing to collaborate with them.
