The TPT methodology is a continuous improvement work system that allows teams to increase their efficiency, communication and confidence to give their best. 

A simple but very effective methodology:

We offer you 1.5-2 hour sessions ready for you to lead, and make it easier for your company's teams to analyze the way they work together today:

  • How they communicate
  • How they are organized (their meetings, their work processes...)
  • How feedback is given
  • The trust they have with each other...

And they can define how to improve little by little, and implement the changes in their daily lives.

According to our studies, TPT equipment differs from the rest in:

  • Your level of intentionality
  • Your level of consistency

And to be TPT teams they must:

  • Sharing a common purpose and being proud to be part of the team
  • Have very clear responsibilities and priorities, and that everyone fulfills them.
  • Have an excellent level of trust and communication
  • Highly efficient work processes
  • Learning from themselves, and from the outside, continuously

Do you know what the GWIR index is?

GWIR stands for Giant Wave Impact Risk, and measures the difficulty a team may have in overcoming future unforeseen events.

Unforeseen events in the global marketplace are like giant waves: They appear when you least expect them, and they can have a huge impact on a team or company.

It could be the effects of a war, climate change or the shortage of a material on the cost of raw materials... or a large customer who deregisters our references...

When they appear, teams have to work in a coordinated way, communicate a lot, trust each other and have very efficient work processes...

The GWIR index indicates the extent to which a team is prepared to deal with these potential contingencies, and the extent to which it is working every day to become more so.

Our studies indicate that only 17% of the teams have a GWIR and TPT level at TOP level.
